SCOPE
Immersion and Multidimensional Research, Sustainable Innovation Strategy for Brand and Business, Positioning, Brand and Portfolio Architecture, Visual Identity, Graphic System and Brandbook.
How can we transform a fragmented organisation into a connected, coherent brand system—strengthening its internal structure and increasing its capacity to create impact?
Imaflora operates through multiple initiatives, teams and areas of activity, each with its own dynamics and different levels of autonomy. Over time, this structure supported organisational growth, but made it harder to communicate the organisation’s work as an integrated whole. This weakened its sense of unity and reduced its collective impact.
The challenge was to build a brand capable of connecting this diversity without losing the richness and specificity of each area of work.
Context
A living ecosystem connected by a shared purpose.
A living ecosystem connected by a shared purpose.
The project began with an in-depth immersion, including a review of materials, interviews with leaders and teams, and a mapping of the relationships between the organisation’s different areas.
This process revealed a number of strong initiatives, but they were seen as disconnected from one another. Based on this diagnosis, we structured a brand system that strengthens connections, organises the institutional architecture and creates a shared language while respecting the identity of each initiative.
Inobi Approach
Connect to amplify the impact
Connect to amplify the impact
A system that strengthens relationships.
The brand was conceived as a system capable of organising relationships, language and expression across the organisation.
The new architecture establishes connections between initiatives, programmes and teams, creating a clearer perception of the institution and strengthening collaboration without erasing the specific character of each area. This system expands Imaflora’s ability to communicate its purpose and work in an integrated way across different contexts.
System in Practice
Outcome
Imaflora now operates with a more connected and coherent identity, prepared to support its growth.
The new system strengthens internal alignment, increases institutional visibility and clarifies the relationships between its different initiatives.
By connecting people, projects and territories under a single brand strategy, Imaflora expands its capacity to create sustained environmental and social impact.
