Biodiversity, Culture, and
Cocoa Production
Biodiversity, Culture, and
Cocoa Production
Conduru was born in a territory where biodiversity, culture and cocoa production are deeply interconnected. The region combines rich ecological diversity with a challenging social reality, shaped by complex historical processes and the need for regenerative economic models.
The project takes this territory as its starting point: a living system where nature, knowledge, culture and production are inseparable and in constant evolution.
Context
A living system shaped by territory, knowledge and production.
To build legitimacy, the brand must be part of what it represents.
Agrícola Conduru is a system in action.

a system in action
The work positioned the brand as part of a wider system, defining its purpose, vision and strategic foundations. Identity, narrative, portfolio architecture and communication were developed as interdependent elements, rooted in the territory’s characteristics and regenerative potential.
Inobi Approach
The entire process was developed in dialogue with the communities involved, recognising their knowledge, practices and culture as essential components of the brand’s identity.
Outcome
Conduru establishes a model in which value is created across multiple dimensions.
The brand creates income opportunities, strengthens local communities and helps preserve the knowledge and practices of the cocoa–cabruca system.
By connecting territory and market, culture and production, Conduru embeds transformation into its very structure, laying the foundations for lasting impact.
