Imaflora operates through multiple initiatives, teams and areas, each with its own dynamics and level of autonomy. Over time, this structure led to fragmentation, limiting visibility, alignment and the strength of its collective impact.

The organisation functions as a set of interconnected parts, requiring a system capable of strengthening relationships and creating coherence across its activities.

The project begins with an in-depth immersion, including analysis of materials and interviews with leadership and teams.

This process reveals an organisation structured as an archipelago of initiatives, with strong individual identities and limited connection between them.

We reframe this structure as a living ecosystem, defining a brand system capable of connecting its parts while respecting their specificities.
